Here’s a list of some of our most common questions. Generally you should be able to find what you’re looking for here however, we do know that this is just a partial list of possible questions designed to get you your answers fast! Yes, we require a $75 deposit for all rentals to reserve date. Deposit will be applied to balance due. 

Yes, price includes delivery, set up, and pick up. We try to be as transparent as possible at My Favorite Party Rentals and do not include additional hidden fees.We set up between 7–9 am and pick ups are typically between 6–8 pm.

We accept Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash. If paying by cash, please have exact change as we do not carry cash upon deliveries.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, or if weather does not permit,  deposit may be used towards a future rental up to one year.

Yes. Prior to set-up, contract is signed and we will email you copy as well as hand a hard copy of safety rules. We do have safety rules posted on our website for your convenience.

Yes, but please be aware with rising gas prices and the possible need for extra labor travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office and we will be glad to give you a quote.

Here at My Favorite Party Rentals we try and price our units fairly. There are many factors we consider: our units are all in like new condition, we units are always clean and sanitized before delivery, We also pride ourselves in providing on time, professional and courteous service.

We can set up on grass (our favorite, best and safest for the kids,) dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We apologize we cannot set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing on our unit will wear through the vinyl and can cause damage. If you would like us to set up on a surface other than grass or dirt, please notify us so we can bring the proper supplies needed.

Sizes of our bounces/water slides are listed under each description. Some of our inflatables are very big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Our inflatables need room to be staked and room for the blower. They cannot rub against walls or trees as this may damage the unit.  If you have stairs are a tiered backyard,  please call our office to discuss options for set up.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate that’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we provide our own heavy duty extension cords. If you book overnight, there is an off switch on the blower. Please turn off when not in use 

 You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. However, damage that occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower/equipment, etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation, which is why we have you read and sign our  contract and safety rules.
